We do not intentionally collect, store, or share the personally identifiable information of any User, with the exception of (i) the IP address of the device the User is using and the Users’ identifier(s) in Applications and Web sites (i.e. not the Users’ name, social security or other such personal identifier pre-existing and independent of the interaction with a Application or Web site), and (ii) User demographics information (such as date of birth, gender, location) collected directly and provided by the Publishers to Playnomics.

Our Service collects data about the Users’ experience in games and other Applications, including all aspects of a Users’ interaction lifecycle with the Publishers’ content or that of its advertisers’ and the Users’ discovery, registration, retention, and monetization actions related to the Application. User visits to Applications and Publisher sites that use our Service are typically logged in our servers, which record the time, IP address, device operating system, browser information and other technical information, referrer (current, previous, or parent browser page) and the server request. Most interactions with Playnomics servers will generate and place or update a cookie with a unique ID. Web sites and Applications using the Service may share such ID, allowing Playnomics to potentially link and identify (non-personally) a User across multiple sites and Applications.
Publishers may also share with Playnomics the Users’ self-reported demographic information, such as country, city, gender, birthday and list of friends.
Publishers include in their Applications and/or Web sites certain software code provided by Playnomics that enable Playnomics, among other things, to place on your device cookies, pixel tags, beacons and other such tracking technology, and provide to Playnomics unique User identifying numbers (“UserID”). Using the aforementioned tracking technology, Playnomics receives “events” input from the Users’ device and/or the Publisher’s servers about Users’ activities in Applications and on sites and other data as described above. This data is stored on the Playnomics servers, where we analyze it for the marketing activities described below. We may keep some or all of this data indefinitely.
Users’ game behavior information may also be provided to Playnomics by the Publishers, as collected by or for them, including session start/end times, Application types and/or names, User performance, actions, transactions, interactions with other Users, and so on.
We use the data we collect to develop and improve the Service and to help Publishers (and the advertisers, agencies and networks placing ads in the Applications and other Publishers’ online properties) deliver a more targeted experience to each User. Examples include, but are not limited to:
